Premier League duo Newcastle United and West Ham have both been linked with Besiktas’ Super Lig star Dorukhan Tokoz this summer.

Besiktas are determined to keep hold of Dorukhan Tokoz this summer with Newcastle United and West Ham being heavily linked with the Turkish international recently, according to Fanatik.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder made his breakthrough during the 2018/19 Super Lig season, making 25 appearances in all competitions for Senol Gunes’ side while providing three goals despite his withdrawn role in front of the backline.
Fanatik claimed in April that West Ham were hoping to sign the £17 million-rated enforcer with Newcastle also big fans of Tokoz, according to Hurriyet.
Both clubs are crying out for some added depth and muscle in the centre of the park, Newcastle in particular with Rafa Benitez expected to lose Isaac Hayden, Mo Diame and Jonjo Shelvey in the summer.

But, according to Fanatik, Besiktas will do everything they can to keep Tokoz in Istanbul for at least one more season.
Takvim claimed earlier this week that Serie A outfit Genoa were looking to make a £7 million bid for the two-time Turkish international but it will take at least £10 million more than that to tempt Besiktas into a sale.
