Leeds United announced Thomas Christiansen as their next manager yesterday.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Leeds United boss Thomas Christiansen’s presentation was so good during the interview process that Andrea Radrizzani immediately made him his first choice to take over at Elland Road.
There was a great amount of shock when Christiansen was announced as Leeds boss yesterday.
The 44-year-old boss is a relatively unknown in England, having only managed at AEK Larnaca and APOEL before.

However, Radrizzani is said to have been staggered at the depth of research which Christiansen undertook before having his interview at Leeds.
Christiansen watched a number of Leeds games from last season, and identified which games cost the club the play offs.
Leeds only narrowly missed out on a place in the top six, after a late season collapse.
And Christiansen felt that Garry Monk made some errors, with the former Barcelona striker explaining exactly what he would have done differently.

Christiansen will now have the chance to prove that he can take Leeds further than Monk over the upcoming campaign.
The pressure will be on Christiansen to make a big impression with the Whites in rapid fashion, as his appointment has divided opinion.
