According to The Telegraph, Fulham are joining Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.
It’s claimed that Wilson wants to return to the Premier League after suffering relegation with Bournemouth at the end of the season.
The report notes that Tottenham are interested in Wilson, but may prefer to sign a target man rather than landing the Bournemouth man.
Fulham will now hope to pull off a coup by swooping in for Wilson, with Scott Parker viewing him as competition for Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Wilson, 28, only hit seven goals last season, but has generally been a dependable striker for Bournemouth in recent years.
If he is to force his way back into the England setup, he will need to be playing Premier League football, which plays into Fulham’s hands.

Still, Bournemouth will fight to keep Wilson, and the Daily Mail claim that the Cherries want around £30million for the striker.
The move would see Scott Parker swoop in and beat his former club Tottenham to Wilson’s signature, which would almost certainly leave Spurs frustrated even if they’re looking at other options.
