Celtic midfielder Scott Brown has been at Celtic Park since 2007.

Brown has been on the books of Celtic since the summer of 2007 when he joined from Hibernian for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £4.4 million.

The 32-year-old midfielder’s current contract with the Glasgow giants runs out at the end of the season, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic have held further talks over a new deal with Brown, and that the Scotsman will put pen to paper later this month.

The Scotland international is one of the best midfielders in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure in the current Celtic team.
Brown still has a few more years left in him to play at the highest level, and him signing a new contract is certainly positive for Celtic fans.
Celtic will be aiming to win the Scottish Premiership, the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Cup this season.
