Everton are set to sign striker Sandro Ramirez in the coming days.

According to a report in the Liverpool Echo, Everton new boy Sandro Ramirez may have a clause inserted in his contract which allows him to leave Goodison Park after one year.

Everton have taken advantage of a stipulation in Sandro’s current contract at Malaga, which is enabling them to sign him for £5.2 million.

However, the 21-year-old is said to be moving to Goodison Park, on the condition that there is a clause inserted into his contract which could allow him to make a swift exit.

Everton are believed to be preparing to offer Sandro a four-year deal, but a release clause will be placed into the deal, which can be activated at the end of the first year.

At the moment it is unclear what that release clause will be, but it could become a concern for Everton, if the 21-year-old hits the ground running.

Sandro is considered one of Spain’s brightest up and coming talents, and there is sure to be plenty of interest in how he gets on at Everton.

Sandro is expected to sign for Everton in the near future, with Ronald Koeman’s side starting to take shape for next term.
