Huesca will sell to Leeds at club record departure fee for the Spanish side.
According to Spanish newspaper AS, Samu Saiz will complete his move to Leeds United within the week.
Huesca have accepted his departure and begun finding alternatives and are preparing to spend the money they will receive.
AS report Leeds United is Saiz’s most likely destination, backing up earlier claims from Mundo Deportivo that the financial package put forward by the Whites has convinced him to snub offers from Spain’s La Liga.

Saiz scored an impressive 12 goals for Huesca in the second division last season and contributed nine assists, helping them to reach the play-offs.
Huesca will split the 3.5 million Euros with Atletico Madrid who had a 50 per cent stake in the player, but even so the amount they will receive will be a club record.
The Spanish side have a club record signing of their own now lined up, and so will be keen for Saiz’s transfer to now go through without a hitch.
It has been a busy few days at Leeds, who signed Mateusz Klich from FC Twente last week.
In addition to Saiz, the Whites have another potential incoming deal for goalkeeper Felix Wiedwald, with German magazine Kicker reporting that an agreement has been struck to sign the Werder Bremen stopper.
