Saint-Etienne are reportedly keen on Tottenham winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou.

According to L’Equipe, Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou is a target for French side Saint-Etienne before the end of the month.
Spurs endured a torrid summer transfer window as they failed to bring in any new signings to boost Mauricio Pochettino’s squad heading in to the new Premier League season.
Tottenham did though start their season with a 2-1 win at Newcastle United on Saturday afternoon, and Pochettino’s men are at least up and running with a victory to start the campaign.
Despite failing to add numbers to his squad, Pochettino could let the likes of Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose and Mousa Demble this month, and another player is being linked with a move away.
L’Equipe report that Saint-Etienne are interested in bringing winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou back to France, and a relationship with Pochettino may just help the Ligue 1 side in their pursuit.
It’s claimed that Saint-Etienne boss Jean-Louis Gasset is hoping to call upon his links to Pochettino to strike a deal, as he coached the Spurs boss at Paris Saint-Germain in the early 2000’s.

Pochettino is unlikely to put up too much of a fight to keep Nkoudou anyway; the winger has been a major disappointment for Spurs since his 2016 move from Marseille, and has yet to even start a Premier League game for Spurs.
The 23-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Burnley and seemingly hasn’t done enough to convince Pochettino, with a move before the end of the month potentially on the cards.
