According to Sky Sports, Brentford star Said Benrahma will be given a five-year deal to join West Ham United.
It’s claimed that the Hammers are discussing personal terms with Benrahma, over a deal that could be worth around £30million.
Should Benrahma agree terms, he will undergo a medical today ahead of completing his on-off move to East London.
It looked like a deal would collapse, but West Ham are now ‘increasingly hopeful’ that Benrahma will be a Hammer before Friday’s EFL deadline.
Benrahma held talks with Brentford on Wednesday in order to thrash out an issue surrounding a payment he believes the Bees owe him.
Once that issue is resolved, Benrahma should be able to pen a deal until 2025, taking him up to just shy of his 30th birthday.

The Algerian star racked up 17 goals and nine assists for Brentford last season, proving himself as one of the Championship’s top attackers.
Benrahma mostly plays in off the left flank, meaning he could join Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen in an exciting front three at West Ham – as long as that medical goes well over the next few hours.
