Wolves star Neves was booked against Italy on Saturday.

Portuguese outlet Record have reported that midfielder Ruben Neves has returned to Wolverhampton Wanderers after the midfielder picked up a yellow card on Saturday evening.
The 21-year-old midfielder picked up a yellow card in Portugal’s 0-0 draw with Italy in the UEFA Nations League, for a foul in the 32nd minute. It means the Wolves star is now suspended for Portugal’s match against Poland.
In what was his ninth cap, Neves played the entire 90 minutes and helped Portugal qualify for the semi-finals of the competition alongside England, Switzerland and either France or the Netherlands.
Neves, then, returns to Wolves ahead of schedule as the newly-promoted Premier League side prepare to face Huddersfield Town on Sunday afternoon in the top tier of English football.

The news of Neves will come as a boost after Wolves suffered the bitter news that left-back Jonny Otto had suffered a knee injury involving his ligaments, after picking up the injury during Spain’s friendly against Bosnia.
It is unclear how long the defender will be sidelined, but it is expected to be a long period for the versatile full-back who is currently on loan from Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
