According to the Express, they have put a £75 million asking price on his head to try and ward off any interest in his services.
That has already put off former club Chelsea, who were keen to take him back to Stamford Bridge this summer, according to the Daily Star.
They were put off by the huge asking price that Everton have put on the Belgian, and instead opted to make a move for his Belgian teammate Michy Batshuayi instead.
