According to Calciomercato, Roma may be willing to offer winger Justin Kluivert to Everton in a potential swap deal for striker Moise Kean.

It’s claimed that Roma are seeking a new striker to support Edin Dzeko, and they have identified Kean as a potential signing after a difficult first season at Goodison Park.

Roma seemingly want a two-year loan deal for Kean because they can’t afford to buy him, or offer up winger Kluivert to the Toffees in a swap.

The report notes that Carlo Ancelotti wanted to sign Kluivert for Napoli, so may well be tempted to take the Dutchman to Merseyside if offered the chance.

Kluivert, 21, was a star with Ajax back in the Netherlands, meaning he will be a familiar talent to Marcel Brands, and he has notched seven gaols and two assists for Roma this season without ever really fulfilling his promise.

Meanwhile, Kean failed to really justify his lofty price tag at Everton with just one goal in 26 games, and he has drawn ire from the public after attending a party during lockdown.

The Italian undoubtedly has huge potential, but it will now come down to whether Everton want to give up on him so early or stick by him.

Mino Raiola represents both players and would seemingly like to engineer a swap to give the pair more first-team football, which is certainly an interesting proposition for Everton.
