CalcioNews24 reported last month that Tottenham along with Arsenal are both paying close attention to the winger.
A report in Italian newspaper Il Messagero has claimed that Roma are undecided over their next move.
Under is tied to a contract until 2022 but the Italian side are not yet convinced over his long term role at the club.
The summer signing of Justin Kluivert has made his first team chances more complicated.
He has made eight Serie A starts this season, scoring once and providing three assists.
At just 21-years-old, Under is a bright talent and it is smart for both Tottenham and Arsenal to remain interested.
Il Messagero has reported that Roma will decide on Under’s future next summer, and could cash in on the Turkey international.
Their eventual stance is said to depend on his progress between now and the end of the season, to see if he can make the next step to become a superstar.
If he cannot, then Roma will consider their options if big money offers come in.
