Wolverhampton Wanderers are set to sign Richard Stearman from Championship rivals Fulham, according to The Express & Star.
It has been reported that the 29-year-old defender is on the verge of joining Wolves on a season-long loan deal.
As reported by The Express & Star, Stearman moved to Fulham from Wolves in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee of £2 million.
The defender featured in 28 Championship matches for Fulham during the 2015-16 campaign.
Stearman has yet to make an appearance in the Championship for the Cottagers this season.
Both Wolves and Fulham are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship this season.
The Wanderers are ninth in the league table at the moment with eight points from five matches, just a point behind sixth-placed Bristol City.
Fulham are currently second in the standings with 11 points from five games, only two points behind leaders Huddersfield Town.
Stearman is a very good and experienced defender, and the former Leicester City man would be a decent signing for Wolves on transfer deadline day.
