Tottenham Hotspur have been given a boost in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa.

Le10Sport report PSG’s likely incoming coach Thomas Tuchel has already identified a replacement for the left-back.

Tuchel plans to sign Augsburg defender Philipp Max who he knows well from his time in the Bundesliga.

This will push Kurzawa towards the exit door, with the defender already behind Yuri Berichiche in the pecking order.

Former Monaco talent Kurzawa is on Tottenham’s radar, RMC Sport, as they seek to add another left-back.

Doubts persist over Danny Rose’s future, with The Guardian claiming Manchester United are expected to step up interest.

Spurs have options at left-back including Ryan Sessegnon, but Kurzawa would be a cheaper option and one with Champions League experience.

Tottenham have swooped on PSG twice in the past year already, signing Serge Aurier and Lucas Moura.
