According to A Bola, Stade de Reims are seeking a £13 million for Boulaye Dia as Brighton and Hove Albion face fresh competition from Porto and Marseille.
Dia scored seven times for Reims last season as they finished sixth.
The club’s surprise finish, aided by the French top-flight cancelling amid the global health crisis, saw the club amazingly qualify for the Europa League.

But that has seemingly only brought attention to their players from elsewhere.
Star defender Axel Disasi has already left, joining Monaco. And Dia is likely to follow him out the exit door as interest from afar grows in the 23-year-old forward.
A report from Le10sport two weeks ago claimed Brighton had entered talks for him.
But now, fresh reports from A Bola claim the Seagulls have competition from Porto and Marseille, while Reims value their young talent at £13 million.
If reports are true, then Brighton may now need to step up their game.
The Seagulls preserved their Premier League status quite comfortably in the end. Graham Potter’s side finished 15th, seven points ahead of relegated Bournemouth.

Neal Maupay and Aaron Connolly enjoyed impressive campaigns at the Amex. But Brighton will want to add extra firepower for the season ahead.
Dia is quick, skilful and has an eye for goal. The Frenchman appears ready for a big move elsewhere, though Brighton face strong competition for his signature.
