Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly about to receive a very tempting offer from Real Madrid for Christian Eriksen.
The Sun report Real will offer £45 million plus midfielder Dani Ceballos.
Spanish outlet El Desmarque reported this week Real were seeking 50 million Euros (£45m) for Ceballos, bringing the total value of their offer for Eriksen to £90 million in assets.
El Desmarque reported that Tottenham were already keen on a move for Eriksen.
Eriksen has only one year left on his contract at Spurs.
He came out after the Champions League final and told Ekstra Bladet in Denmark that he would be keen on a new challenge and admires Real Madrid.
Real have already been on a spending spree this summer, acquiring Eden Hazard among others, and need to offload players to offset their spending.
A player plus cash deal is really the only way they could sign Eriksen.
Whether Tottenham accept, is a test of how much they actually want Ceballos. Real may have better luck throwing Isco into the mix.
