La Liga giants are reportedly preparing a world-record bid for Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

The European champions are prepared to splash £200 million for Kane in the summer, that will eclipse the £198 million Paris Saint-Germain spent on Neymar.
However, Spurs are determined to resist a world-record bid from them, and Daniel Levy, the club chairman is trying to ward them off by saying the 24-year-old is not for sale at any price.

Kane is undoubtedly a priced asset for Spurs, and he has been in phenomenal form this season, netting 28 goals in all competitions already.
With Spurs moving to their new stadium next season, Levy is determined to keep hold of all his star players at the club.
Spurs are hoping that the likes of Toby Alderweireld, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli will renew their deals.

Kane is Tottenham’s leading earner on £120,000 a week, and Spurs are ready to go close to £200,000 a week to persuade him to extend his deal beyond his present contract.
There is a feeling that money alone will not be enough to retain a player like Kane, who is motivated about winning trophies more than anything else.
