According to a report form Spanish publication El Desmarque, Real Madrid are prepared to offer Tottenham £27 million cash plus Dani Ceballos for Christian Eriksen.
The Dane’s contract with Spurs expires next summer, so Daniel Levy will surely be keen to move him on before the start of the new season, rather than risk losing him for nothing next year.
The problem is, however, that Tottenham value Eriksen at £90 million, according to El Desmarque, so either Madrid will have to up their cash offer, or the north London outfit will have to lower their demands.

Ceballos is a really classy midfielder, and he would undoubtedly be a real asset for Spurs, so they will surely be keen to involve the Spaniard in any deal that takes Eriksen to the Bernabeu.
And whilst Tottenham will not want to lose a player of the Dane’s pedigree, getting a player in like Ceballos, as well as a sizeable amount of cash, would surely soften the blow quite substantially.
As reported by El Desmarque, however, a lot still needs to change in order to make that happen.
