Plymouth Argyle are said to value the alleged Reading and Sheffield United target at £300,000.

Reading and Sheffield United ‘will go head-to-head’ for Plymouth Argyle winger Ruben Lameiras, according to the Sun.
The report claims Plymouth face a ‘huge battle’ to hold on to the Portuguese, but adds that Reading could ‘steal a march’ on Sheffield United, with a bid from the Royals said to be imminent.
Lameiras, a former Tottenham Hotspur youth team player, only moved to Plymouth last summer but will enter the final year of his contract this July.

And having scored six goals and made 10 in 37 appearances this season, it is no surprise that he is wanted on a longer-term deal by Plymouth, that is according to the Sun.
The report adds however that the Pilgrims are ‘resigned to losing’ the 23-year-old, who is keen to test himself at a higher level.
It is also claimed Plymouth value Lameiras at £300,000, but hope to spark a bidding war between Reading and Sheffield United.
Would Lameiras be a good signing for Reading/Sheffield United?
