Gers boss Mark Warburton is reportedly weighing up the option, while also considering doing deals for Fulham’s Ben Pringle, and aiming to sign Dominic Ball permanently from Tottenham.
Tibi would fill a position of need for Rangers, but Warburton will also have to assess if he would prefer an alternative centre-back addition.

Centre-back Tibi has experience playing in the Champions League, making five appearances in the group stages this past season, coming up against Chelsea.
Tibi was sent off for Israel when they faced Wales in Euro 2016 qualification, picking up two bookings, both for fouls on Gareth Bale.
Rangers have strengthened this summer already by snapping up Josh Windass, Matt Crooks, Joey Barton and Jordan Rossiter, but are yet to make a defensive signing.
