Rangers are reportedly looking to bring Liam Smith to Ibrox.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers are interested in signing Kilmarnock striker Liam Smith – but Manchester City are leading the race.
The Gers already have impressive senior strikers in Jermain Defoe and Alfredo Morelos, whilst they also have exciting attackers coming through the ranks.
Loaned-out Zak Rudden, Ryan Hardie and Andrew Dallas have bright futures, as do Dapo Mebude and Nathan Young-Coombes, but one more could arrive.
The Scottish Sun claim that Rangers want to snap up Kilmarnock teenager Smith, who plays for Scotland’s under-16’s on the international stage.
However, Manchester City are also keen to land Smith, and they’ve already made their move by inviting him to visit the club ahead of a potential move.

The 16-year-old is highly-rated at Kilmarnock, but they will now struggle to hang on to him with two massive clubs attempting to sign him.
The prospect of coming up through the ranks before playing for Pep Guardiola may make City favourites, but Rangers will hope that staying closer to home in Scotland can give them an advantage.
