Ibrox striker Alfredo Morelos is an important player for Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers.

It has been reported that an unnamed club from the Chinese Super League made an offer of almost £7 million for the 21-year-old Rangers striker.
The Gers, though, have turned down the offer, according to the report, which also claims that Rangers chairman Dave King made the decision because it would have left manager Graeme Murty with just Nottingham Forest-owned Jason Cummings in attack.

The Colombian striker has been on the books of the Gers since the summer of 2017 when he joined from HJK Helsinki for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Record to be worth £1 million.
Morelos has established himself as one of the best players for Rangers and is the top scorer in the Scottish Premiership at the moment with 11 goals.

According to The Scottish Sun, the Chinese club who have made the offer are GZ Evergrande FC, with the report also claiming that the Ibrox club will sell only if they believe that there is enough time for them to sign a replacement in the January transfer window.
