Glasgow Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos reportedly wants to sign a new contract with Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club.

It has been reported that both Dynamo Kiev and Bordeaux failed in their attempts to sign Morelos from Rangers on Friday.
While Ukrainian giants Kiev were ready to make an offer of £7 million for the Ibrox striker, French side Bordeaux were preparing a £5m bid for the Gers star, according to the report.
The Express has claimed that Morelos’s camp told both Kiev and Bordeaux that the Colombian striker wants to sign a new contract at Rangers.
Good decision
Kiev and Bordeaux are massive clubs, but Rangers are big as well and have a global superstar in manager Steven Gerrard.

Morelos is playing well for Rangers at the moment and is a key figure in the current Gers team, and it made sense for the 22-year-old striker to stay at the Scottish Premiership club.
The Colombian striker has been on the books of Rangers since the summer of 2017 when he joined from Finnish side HJK Helsinki for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £1.5 million.
