Rangers are reportedly set to bring Bournemouth’s Emerson Hyndman to Ibrox on loan.
According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers have tied up a deal to take Bournemouth midfielder Emerson Hyndman on loan until the end of the season.
The Gers have endured a number of midfield issues this season, from Joey Barton being released after just eight games to Niko Kranjcar being ruled out for the rest of the campaign with a serious knee injury, and Matt Crooks could even leave on loan this month.

As a result, manager Mark Warburton is looking for midfield reinforcements, with the Daily Mail reporting that Arsenal’s Jon Toral is on the verge of a loan move to Ibrox until the end of the campaign.
However, another midfielder could be on his way to Ibrox, as The Scottish Sun report that Rangers have also tied up a deal to sign Bournemouth midfielder Emerson Hyndman on loan.

Hyndman, 20, had been on the books with Fulham, making 27 appearances for the Championship club before moving on to Bournemouth last summer, after his contract at Craven Cottage had expired.
The United States international, who has captained his country’s Under-20 side, has started just one game for Bournemouth this season, and that came in Saturday’s 3-0 FA Cup defeat at Millwall.
With a number of players ahead of him in Eddie Howe’s pecking order, Hyndman needs to play first-team football – and Rangers have allegedly offered him that, swooping with a loan deal until the end of the campaign.
Compatriot Gedion Zelalem spent last season on loan at Rangers and may well have recommended a move to Ibrox to Hyndman, who is a diminutive playmaker with the ability to bring some creativity to Warburton’s side.
