Rangers have made eight players available for transfer, the Daily Record reports.
Ibrox boss Pedro Caixinha is said to have circulated a list of available stars to English clubs, with asking prices attached.
Barrie McKay is the highest-profile name featured, with Rangers said to want £2 million to sell the home-grown winger whose contract is set to enter its final year.

That is £4 million lower than the fee being floated around in January, when McKay was linked with a move to RB Leipzig.
The report also states that:
James Tavernier is the only other player with a seven-figure asking price, with Rangers valuing the right-back at £1.25 million, while that of Joe Garner – a £1.8 million recruit last summer – is not disclosed, despite the striker also being made available “at a reduced rate”.

Martyn Waghorn will be allowed to leave for as little as £400,000, with Josh Windass and Matt Crooks – two more 2016 additions – up for grabs £150,000 apiece.
And that’s £150,000 more than both Rob Kiernan and Harry Forrester, for whom Rangers will not demand a fee.
Another player on his way out could be Michael O’Halloran, who cost Rangers £500,000 18 months ago. However, the out-of-favour forward does not feature on the alleged list, with the Daily Record backing up Tuesday’s reports that he has instead been offered to Motherwell as a makeweight in the Ibrox side’s offer for striker Louis Moult.
