Earlier in the January transfer window, Rangers had signed a pre-contract agree with Kamara.
With his contract at Dundee running out at the end of the season, the 23-year-old midfielder had agreed to move to Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club on a free transfer in the summer of 2019.
Rangers, though, decided to bring the former Arsenal prospect to Ibrox this month, as announced on the Gers’ official website.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers have had to pay Dundee a transfer fee of £100,000 to secure the services of the 23-year-old midfielder.
With Rangers challenging bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season, the addition of Kamara will enhance the chances of the Gers winning the championship.
According to WhoScored, Kamara has made 16 starts and one substitute appearance in the Scottish Premiership for Dundee so far this season.
