Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are linked with Kyle Lafferty.

Kyle Lafferty to Rangers is one story that has been dominating the backpages in Scotland over recent days.
Hearts boss Craig Levein labelled Rangers’ opening offer as ‘disappointing’ after the Ibrox club made a bid of around £200,000 for the 30-year-old, who scored 19 goals last season.
According to The Record, the Gers will have to pay closer to £750,000 to re-sign the Northern Ireland international, who spent four years at the club until 2012.
The Record also reported on the weekend that Steven Gerrard could face competition from a couple of foreign clubs in the form of Qarabag of Azerbaijan and South Korean side FC Seoul.
However, the Glasgow giants might have an advantage, as The Belfast Telegraph reports that Lafferty, whose wife is expecting their first child, would not entertain the prospect of leaving Scotland.
The report adds that Lafferty wants to re-join Rangers and it’ll be interesting to see if the club is equally as interested in seeing that idea materialise.
The Belfast Telegraph also claims that the Blues are readying a second bid but it will only be of around £300,000 and Gerrard should not expect to make headway unless he at least doubles that figure.
