Rangers are reportedly looking to lure Oliver McBurnie to Ibrox.

According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers are pushing to sign Swansea City striker Oliver McBurnie on loan – and could even manage to include a permanent option in the deal.
The Gers have been busy during the January transfer window, bringing in Russell Martin, Sean Goss, Greg Docherty, Jamie Murphy and Jason Cummings whilst also tying up a permanent deal for loanee Declan John.

Rangers remain in the market for new signings, but with Alfredo Morelos heavily linked with a big-money move to China, Graeme Murty may now be in pursuit of another striker before tonight’s deadline.
The Scottish Sun now report that Rangers are leading the race to sign Swansea City striker Oliver McBurnie, ahead of Barnsley and Sunderland.
It’s claimed that Rangers want to bring in McBurnie on loan, potentially with a view to a permanent move, and the striker wants a move to Ibrox as he is a boyhood Rangers fan.

It remains to be seen whether Rangers can push the deal over the line given the competition for his signature, but the Scot could be in line for a dream move to Glasgow.
The 21-year-old has scored just twice for Swansea, and with Andre Ayew set for a return to the Liberty Stadium, McBurnie may pursue first-team football elsewhere, with Murty hoping Rangers win the race.
