Rangers are reportedly looking to bring James McArthur to Ibrox.

According to the Daily Mail, Rangers are interested in luring Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur to Ibrox this summer.
Rangers will be looking to strengthen a host of areas of their squad as well as bringing in a new manager, and director of football Mark Allen will be eyeing up new additions.
With loanee Sean Goss returning to parent club Queens Park Rangers this summer, another midfielder may be high on Allen’s list of priorities, with a Rangers-supporting ace on the wish list.
The Daily Mail report that Rangers want to sign Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur this summer, with his contract at Selhurst Park expiring at the end of the season.

The 30-year-old midfielder, born in Glasgow, grew up supporting Rangers and could be in line for a dream move to Ibrox if Rangers can stump up the cash for his wages.
Formerly of Hamilton Academical and Wigan Athletic, McArthur has scored three times in 30 Premier League games this season, and may leave the Eagles when his deal ends.
Given McArthur’s love for Rangers, Allen may well feel confident of luring him to Ibrox, but the report does note that the midfielder may instead prefer to remain in English football rather than make a return to Scotland.
