According to 90Min, Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is on Tottenham Hotspur’s wish list if they choose to replace Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho is under huge pressure having somehow lost 3-0 to Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday night, crashing out of the Europa League in the process.
He did pick up a 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Sunday night, which was a much-needed victory, but the rumours over his future won’t stop just yet.
90MIn claim that Spurs may choose to sack Mourinho and go in a new direction this summer, with Gerrard believed to be one of their top targets.
It’s suggested that Daniel Levy and co do really like Gerrard, but there are major fears over his lack of experience – something that is also counting against Julian Nagelsmann.
Gerrard has been managing for almost three years now and has just won the Scottish Premeirship for the first time, meaning he is hardly a rookie.

Still, heading into the Spurs job would be a major leap for Gerrard, and Levy may feel it’s too big of a risk to take right now.
If Spurs don’t go for Gerrard now though, they could miss out entirely given that Liverpool are likely to be keen on bringing him back to Anfield, so Levy has plenty to think about when it comes to targeting the Rangers boss.
