Rangers have reportedly failed with a new bid to sign Graham Dorrans.

According to the Daily Mail, Rangers have failed with a second bid for Graham Dorrans, with Norwich City rejecting their latest £1million offer.
The Gers have been busy adding new faces this summer, with manager Pedro Caixinha kickstarting his revolution by snapping up Portuguese quartet Bruno Alves, Fabio Cardoso, Dalcio and Daniel Cardoso as well as Scottish midfielder Ryan Jack.

Mexican internationals Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera are set to join once they receive work permits, as is HJK Helsinki striker Alfredo Morelos as the overhaul continues at Ibrox.
Now, the Daily Mail report that Rangers have submitted a new bid to sign Norwich City midfielder Graham Dorrans, but the Canaries have thrown out their £1million offer – just as they did with their previous attempt of £700,000.
Norwich City’s Graham Dorrans
Dorrans, 30, played just half of Norwich’s Championship games last season, and whilst he contributed six goals in that limited playing time, he will be allowed to leave under new manager Daniel Farke.
However, Norwich are still looking for more than £1million, and negotiations are allegedly set to continue as Rangers desperately attempt to seal a deal for a midfielder who grew up supporting the Gers.
Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha
It’s stated that Caixinha has given promises to Dorrans that he will get the deal done, and he wants to have Dorrans in his Rangers squad before their Europa League campaign starts on June 29th – giving the Gers just a fortnight to get the move sorted.
Dorrans would provide real quality in the Rangers midfield, and he would no doubt love a dream move to Ibrox having supported the club, but the Gers have been dealt a blow with Norwich’s latest snub.
