Rangers have reportedly failed with a move to bring Ryan Kent back to Ibrox.

According to The Mirror, Liverpool have rejected bids from Rangers and Leeds United for winger Ryan Kent, with Jurgen Klopp keen to take him on their US tour.
Kent, 22, spent last season on loan at Rangers, kickstarting his career again after poor spells with Bristol City and Freiburg by hitting six goals and nine assists.
The winger is now a man in demand off the back of his displays under Steven Gerrard, with Rangers keen to bring him back to Ibrox for another loan spell.
Leeds United have made an offer too, but it’s believed that Liverpool have rejected offers from both clubs – because Liverpool boss Klopp wants to take a look at him in pre-season.
With Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah both in action at the Africa Cup of Nations this summer, and Roberto Firmino at Copa America, Klopp’s front three are all missing from the tour.
Kent will allegedly play against Bradford on Sunday before heading off to the States, and he will be given a chance to play for his spot around the Liverpool this term.

That’s a blow for Rangers, who will have been hoping to get Kent back on board sooner rather than later, even after adding Jordan Jones to their ranks on the left wing earlier this summer.
Meanwhile, Leeds have signed Jack Harrison and Helder Costa, meaning signing Kent would give them three outstanding wingers – but as things stand, their bids for Kent will fail as Klopp weighs up the wide man’s future.
