Newcastle United are set to allow Achraf Lazaar and Cal Roberts to leave in the January transfer window.

According to the Chronicle, Achraf Lazaar and Cal Roberts could leave Newcastle United in January.
Lazaar and Roberts have both failed to make much of an impact at Newcastle this term, with Rafael Benitez overlooking them.
Roberts did impress over pre-season, but he has not been given a chance in Newcastle’s first-team.
And Benitez could now sanction the departure of Lazaar and Roberts in the January transfer window.

Lazaar looks likely to move out on loan to Italy, if he does leave St. James’ Park in the new year.
Roberts, meanwhile, has interest from Scottish sides, with Newcastle seemingly open to letting him leave to gain more first-team experience.
Newcastle are looking to make additions to their senior squad in January, and the departure of the duo could free up room for any potential signings Benitez makes.
