Manchester City attacker Gabriel Jesus is at the centre of attention for four European powerhouses, with the Brazilian’s contract expiring in the summer of 2023.

90min claim that AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and PSG are all eyeing the 24-year-old forward, who is yet to sign a new deal with the Premier League giants and could potentially depart City this summer.

Jesus has enjoyed a productive season for City. Although the forward hasn’t featured this month due to injury, the South American has been a consistent performer for Pep Guardiola’s side, with the attacker playing most of his football out on the right-wing.

With six goals and nine assists in all competitions, Jesus is the leading creator for City this campaign, and with the forward’s contract expiring in 2023, it makes sense why Milan, Madrid, Inter and PSG are all lining up to sign the Premier League star.

As per the report, though, City are eager to hand Jesus a new contract, with Raheem Sterling and Riyad Mahrez also in line to receive and sign fresh terms with the Manchester giants.

City have made it important to tie down key players to long-term contracts, with Ederson Moraes and Ruben Dias just two names who have penned new deals this season, something the club will be hoping Jesus does in the coming weeks.

City must work fast to sign Jesus down to a new contract

With Milan, Madrid, Inter and PSG all reportedly interested in Jesus, competition is circling Jesus, who could be at risk of leaving City if the club doesn’t work fast enough to sign the forward to a new long-term contract.

The forward, who City signed from Palmeiras for £27m according to Sky Sports News, has been excellent this campaign. And whilst Jesus is currently out injured, a new contract is more than deserved based on his form and contributions to the club in recent seasons.
