Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani is holding talks with potential investors QSI in Paris, The Times reports.

Radrizzani had earlier named QSI as one of three potential investors he plans to sell a stake to.

While Radrizzani’s plan is to sell a minority share in the club, QSI do not want to stop there.

The Times reports QSI’s eventual plan is a full scale takeover and to become Leeds’ majority owners.

The report states: “QSI is understood to view Leeds as a potential long-term project and that even if only a minority stake is bought initially, it would be with a view to owning the club outright.”

This could be a couple of steps away, and there is an obstacle preventing one party owning two clubs in the same UEFA competition.

If Leeds reach the level of the Champions League, this could be a problem for QSI as they already own Paris Saint-Germain.

That can be an issue Leeds worry about at that point. The first step is getting to the Premier League.
