Queens Park Rangers are targeting Sweden international Muamer Tankovic and Chelsea’s Izzy Brown as they prepare for life without Eberechi Eze at Loftus Road, according to West London Sport.
With Mark Warburton’s R’s failing to even secure a play-off place in 2019/20, there is a very real chance that Stan Bowles’ heir apparent has played his final game in that iconic number ten shirt.
WSL reports that Crystal Palace are set to make a bid, while Eze has also caught the eye of Tottenham, West Ham and newly-promoted Leeds United.
QPR know in their heart of hearts that keeping hold of their London-born talisman for another season is little more than a pipe dream.
But, in 23-year-old Brown, Rangers appear to have identified a player who shares more than a few similarities with Eze, from their slaloming stride to their penchant for a headband.

Brown is still a Chelsea player but, after seven years and six loan spells, it seems that a permanent departure is long overdue.
The former England youth star put his injury issues behind him during a superb spell at Luton Town, producing eight Championship assists with his ability to produce something out of nothing keeping the Hatters safe from relegation.
Interestingly, the report adds that a former Fulham youngster could also be set to return to West London.
Tankovic, a five-time Sweden international, is now a free agent after leaving Hammarby earlier in the summer. He scored seven times in 15 games last season.
