Premier League club West Bromwich Albion are reportedly interested in signing Matt Phillips from Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers.
Queens Park Rangers would not sell Matt Phillips for anything less than £5 million, according to The Birmingham Mail.
The British newspaper claim that Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing Phillips this summer.
The 24-year-old winger has been on the books of QPR since 2013 and a contract until June 2017, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The former Blackpool star scored three goals and created 34 chances in 25 Premier League appearances for Rangers in the recently concluded 2014-15 campaign.
Phillips had a pass accuracy of 64% and a shot accuracy of 32%, and won 35 headers, 42 dribbles and 27 tackles.
With QPR having suffered relegation to the Championship, many would expect the Rangers to lose some of their best players.
While that may be the case, it seems that the London outfit are not ready to let go of Phillips for a cheap price.
