According to West London Sport, Queens Park Rangers will discuss Everton’s new bid for Josh Bowler in a board meeting in Singapore this week.
The R’s ended their season with seven defeats in eight games, but manager Ian Holloway’s job is safe, and he will be looking to strengthen his squad this summer.

This week, Holloway will join director of football Les Ferdinand and chief executive Lee Hoos for an end-of-season meeting in Singapore, and one major topic will be discussed.
West London Sport claim that QPR will be assessing Everton’s newest bid for teenager Josh Bowler, with the club weighing up whether to let the youngster leave.

The Toffees submitted a first bid for the winger earlier this week, allegedly worth up to £3million, but that bid was swiftly rejected by the Championship club.
The 17-year-old was given his Championship debut on the final day of the season, coming on as a substitute against Norwich City, and he looks to be one for the future at Loftus Road, having previously been on the books with Fulham.

Everton have been acquiring young English talents such as Bassala Sambou, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Ademola Lookman over the last year, and Bowler would fit the bill for the Toffees.
Their renewed bid suggests that Everton aren’t prepared to give up just yet, and QPR will seemingly come to a decision on their latest offer by the end of the week.
