Preston North End and Bristol City are also reportedly interested in departing Barnsley player Josh Scowen.

Queens Park Rangers are interested in signing Josh Scowen in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 63, June 18, 2017).
Scowen will become a free agent at the end of the month when his current contract with Barnsley runs out.

According to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 63, June 18, 2017), QPR manager Ian Holloway is leading the race to secure the services of the 24-year-old on a free transfer.
The report has also credited Preston North End, Nottingham Forest and Bristol City with interest in Scowen, who can operate as a right-winger or as a full-back.
The 24-year-old is a good player and knows the Championship inside out, and he would be a very good signing for QPR or Forest.
Both Rangers and the Reds will be aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship next season, and signing Scowen will enhance their chances of doing just that.
