Brighton and Hove Albion are set to sign PSV Eindhoven’s Davy Propper.
According to the Daily Mail, PSV Eindhoven midfielder Davy Propper is set for a medical with Brighton and Hove Albion ahead of a £3.5million move.
The Seagulls earned their first stint in the Premier League with automatic promotion from the Championship last season, and manager Chris Hughton has been attempting to strengthen his squad this summer.

Brighton have landed goalkeeper Mat Ryan from Valencia and winger Izzy Brown from Chelsea, whilst Ingolstadt duo Markus Suttner and Pascal Gross have also arrived at the Amex Stadium.
However, with the opening day of the season clash against Manchester City on the horizon, Brighton are pushing for more additions – and appear to be on the verge of a bargain signing.
The Daily Mail report that Brighton are poised to sign PSV Eindhoven midfielder Davy Propper, with the Dutch international set to arrive for a medical with the Seagulls imminently.
Propper, 25, joined PSV from Vitesse in 2015, and has proven himself as a goalscoring midfielder in the Netherlands, notching 22 goals in 87 games for the club whilst winning one Eredivisie title.

Propper, who has four caps for the Netherlands to his name, is now set to move on and join Brighton, in what should be perceived as a major coup for Hughton’s men.
Should Brighton get a deal for Propper over the line, he will add more creativity to the side along with Anthony Knockaert and fellow new boy Gross, and could make his debut against City next weekend.
