Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Naby Keita from Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in the summer transfer window as a potential replacement for former Anfield star Georginio Wijnaldum, according to Imedias.net.
The Guinea-based news outlet have reported that PSG are ready to pay €50 million (£42.56m) as transfer fee for Liverpool midfielder Keita.
The French champions have reportedly identified the 27-year-old Guinea international central midfielder as a potential replacement for Wijnaldum.
Netherlands international midfielder Wijnaldum moved to PSG last summer on a free transfer after leaving Liverpool and struggled to make a huge impact at the French club this past season.
Imedias.net have claimed that it is Leonardo’s potential successor as the PSG sporting director Luis Campos who is keen on bringing Keita to the club.

Liverpool should sell Naby Keita to PSG
If Paris Saint-Germain are wiling to pay €50 million (£42.56m) for Naby Keita, then Liverpool should sell him.
Remember, Liverpool paid £48 million for the midfielder to RB Leipzig (BBC Sport).
The midfielder has had injury problems during his time at Liverpool so far, but when he has played, he has not been particularly impressive.
The Liverpool no. 8 has scored seven goals in 76 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Thiago, Jordan Henderson and Fabinho are the three main midfielders in the Liverpool team.
Klopp can also call upon Curtis Jones.
So, in our view, if Liverpool get €50 million (£42.56m) for Keita this summer, then they should cash in on him.
