Paris Saint-Germain have allegedly been tracking the Everton star for quite some time.

According to a report from French media outlet RMC, Paris Saint-Germain are preparing a new €30 million (£26.2 million) bid for Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye.

The French giants have been tracking the 29-year-old all month, but they have so far been unsuccessful in their attempts to lure the Toffees ace away from Goodison Park.

The Senegal international joined Everton from Aston Villa in the summer of 2016, for around £7 million, and he has gone on to make 95 appearances in all competitions for the Merseyside outfit.

RMC claims that PSG are still keen to sign Gueye, despite already having added Leandro Paredes to their ranks this month, and are willing to pay up to £26.2 million, in order to bring the midfielder to the Parc des Princes.

Marco Silva has previously insisted that he is not willing to sell the Senegalese ace, but it will be interesting to see whether his stance changes on the matter, if PSG do in fact come in with an improved offer for the 29-year-old.
