As per a report by journalist Neil Jones via Substack, there is interest within Germany to sign Naby Keita, with Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus named as interested parties as well.
An exit looks like it is on the cards for Keita
Recently, CalcioMercato had even claimed that Liverpool had placed the midfielder on the transfer list in preparation of an exit in January, considering his contract expires in the summer.
As has been the case during most of his time in Merseyside, the Guinean international has been forced out of action due to injury.
However, the 27-year old’s injury woes have meant he is yet to play a single minute of football this season, which makes it unlikely that Jurgen Klopp’s side offer him a contract renewal.

In general, injuries have led to the ex-RB Leipzig star being unable to showcase his talents in English football, with him making his highest number of Premier League starts back in his debut 2018/2019 season at just 16.
While a report by Milan Live had even suggested that Newcastle United and West Ham were interested in a move for Naby Keita, he may now have admirers outside the English game.
Keita is attracting interest around Europe
As reported by journalist Neil Jones via Substack, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are enticed by the idea of signing Naby Keita on a free transfer in the summer.
It is also mentioned that there is interest within Germany for Keita, as many still hark back to his exploits at RB Leipizig before joining the Reds.
Recently, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano had told Caught Offside that Liverpool were unwilling to sell the versatile midfielder in January, which may be a result of not weakening their strength-in-depth in the middle of the park.
However, it seems likely that one of PSG, Juventus or a German club snap up the out-of-contract technician next season.
