Aston Villa have shown three potential new buyers around the training ground, as Steve Bruce’s side look for investment.

According to the Daily Mirror, Aston Villa have shown three new potential buyers around their training ground this week.

Villa have fallen into financial difficulty, which means that Tony Xia may be forced to sell up.

Xia’s preferred strategy is said to be to sell a stake in Villa, rather than lose complete control of the club.

And three potential buyers have reportedly been shown around Villa’s training ground this week.

The claret and blues are keen to bring in more funds, as they look to ensure they remain competitive next season.

Villa are expected to have to offload many of their key players this term fit in with Financial Fair Play regulations.

Jack Grealish, James Chester and Jonathan Kodjia are among the Villa players who are expected to depart this summer.

The Mirror do, however, report that Henri Lansbury could stay at Villa Park, as Steve Bruce’s side cannot find a new buyer.
