Aston Villa are set to receive big money for both Jordan Amavi and Jordan Veretout.

According to a report in the Express and Star, Aston Villa are confident of receiving a considerable amount of funds for both Jordan Veretout and Jordan Amavi this summer.

Villa are looking to offload players in the coming weeks, as they aim to raise funds for Steve Bruce.

The claret and blues boss has a minimal transfer budget as things stand, as Villa look to cut back on their expenses.

However, the Villans are hopeful that they will be able to raise a considerable amount of money by selling both Amavi and Veretout.

Villa are looking for around £7 million for Veretout, and the amount of interest in the midfielder has encouraged Bruce’s side that they will be able to receive their asking price.

Amavi, meanwhile, has been linked with both Napoli and Atletico Madrid – and should command a hefty fee if he is to depart the Midlands.

If Villa can find buyers both Amavi and Veretout, Bruce will be allowed to reinvest the money raised from both their sales into their current squad.

Bruce has already suggested that he is looking to make four additions at Villa this summer.
