Manchester United and Chelsea are allegedly keen on signing the Tottenham Hotspur star.

According to an exclusive report from the Express, Manchester United and Chelsea are set to scrap it out for the signature of Tottenham ace Christian Eriksen in the summer.
The 26-year-old joined Spurs from Ajax in the summer of 2013, for around £12.5 million, according to BBC Sport, and he has gone on to be nothing short of an outstanding success in north London, chalking up an impressive 62 goals and 79 assists in 255 appearances in all competitions.
Eriksen’s current contract with Tottenham is due to expire in the summer of 2020, and considering how important he is to his team, that will be a real concern for Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy.
The Express claims that Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea will attempt to take advantage of the Dane’s situation at Spurs this summer, and will go head-to-head for his signature.

The British newspaper suggest that both clubs could yet face competition from Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, however, although they claim that Chelsea could hold the advantage over all of the other clubs, considering the fact that the Tottenham ace currently lives in London.
Spurs will obviously be reluctant to let Eriksen leave, but if they fail to tie him down to a new deal, his exit from the club this summer will almost be inevitable.
