Everton are reportedly weighing up a move for Rennes winger Kamil Grosicki.
According to the Daily Mail, Everton are considering a swoop for Rennes star Kamil Grosicki, with the player keen on a move to work with Ronald Koeman.
The Toffees moved to appoint Koeman earlier this month, with the Dutchman leaving Southampton for Goodison Park – and now, the Dutchman will be moving for new signings in the transfer market.
With a large transfer budget thanks to new investor Farhad Moshiri, Koeman should have plenty of money to spend on new additions – and a Euro 2016 star appears to have caught the eye.
The Daily Mail report that Everton are interested in Rennes winger Kamil Grosicki, who has been impressing for Poland at the European Championships this month.
Grosicki, 28, joined Rennes from Sivasspor back in 2014, and hit nine goals for the French side last season before joining up with Poland for Euro 2016.
With pace and direct running, Grosicki has impressed on the left hand side for Poland, and laid on a superb assist for Jakub Blaszczykowski in Poland’s win over Switzerland on Saturday.
Now, it’s believed that Everton are keen on Grosicki, and the player would fancy a move to Goodison Park because he would want to work with new boss Koeman – despite interest from other Premier League clubs.
It’s claimed that Grosicki would be available for a fee of £12m, which may seem steep for a 28-year-old winger – but with money to spend this summer, Koeman will be looking to splash the cash on new signings, with Grosicki a potential new arrival after Euro 2016.
