Isco celebrates scoring for Real Madrid
According to Spanish newspaper AS, Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has made contact with Real Madrid playmaker Isco about a move to White Hart Lane.
With Victor Wanyama and Vincent Janssen already signed earlier this summer, the pressure is now on Spurs to make more moves ahead of tomorrow’s transfer deadline.

L’Equipe report that a deal for Marseille winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou is finally on the verge of completion, but there could yet be an even bigger arrival at White Hart Lane on Wednesday.
Spanish newspaper AS report that Tottenham are still pursuing a loan deal for Real Madrid playmaker Isco – and manager Mauricio Pochettino has spoken to the Spaniard in a bid to convince him to join Spurs tomorrow.

The 24-year-old attacking midfielder has struggled to carve out a major role under Zinedine Zidane, and scored just five goals last season; his lowest output in front of goal since signing from Malaga in 2013.
Now, Isco could leave on loan to pursue first-team opportunities elsewhere, and Pochettino is believed to have tried to sell him on a move to White Hart Lane – but he’s still unconvinced by a move to England.

Another club keen to land Isco on loan is Malaga, the playmaker’s hometown club and former employer, where he became one of the world’s most in-demand midfielders in a two-year spell with the club.
It’s stated that, whilst Isco isn’t keen on leaving Real Madrid at all, he may be open to returning to Malaga on loan, despite Tottenham being able to offer him Champions League football. With the transfer window entering its final hours, Isco’s future is a situation to keep an eye on, with Spurs and Pochettino clearly keen to land him in an ambitious move.
