According to The Mirror, Adam Lallana will say goodbye to his Liverpool teammates today and will not be in the squad against Newcastle United on Sunday.

Lallana has already posted an emotional farewell to Liverpool on Instagram, as the former Southampton star prepares to leave the Reds at the end of the season.

The Mirror has reported that the 32-year-old midfielder will not be part of the travelling Liverpool squad for the Premier League game against Newcastle away from home at St. James’ Park on Sunday.

It has been claimed that the Englishman will say his goodbye to the Reds’ players and staff at the final training session of the season at Melwood today.

Moving to Brighton and Hove Albion?

According to The Telegraph, Brighton and Hove Albion are leading the race for Lallana and hope to complete a deal for the Englishman in the coming days.

The Seagulls have narrowly avoided relegation to the Championship, and it will be interesting to see if Lallana moves there.

While it is hard to see the 32-year-old find a top-six club in the Premier League this summer, he is certainly good enough for a mid-table team.
