According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is now available for just €15m (£12m) with Leeds and Tottenham interested in his services.
What’s the story?
Well, this will be music to the ears of Jesse Marsch and Antonio Conte.
The 21-year-old was said to be devastated after missing out on a move to the Premier League in January.
Now, however, the Georgia international’s chances of leaving Rubin Kazan have been given a boost.
Gazzetta dello Sport believe AC Milan and Napoli are also interested in Kvaratskhelia, so Leeds and Spurs will have to fend off two of Italy’s biggest clubs.
Nevertheless, Premier League sides are able to offer far more in terms of wages and a transfer fee, so we can’t envisage any Serie A side outmuscling the English clubs.
So far this season, Kvaratskhelia has scored two goals, while also providing five assists.
Leeds or Tottenham could sign a gem

For just £12m, Leeds or Tottenham could be set to land a bargain.
That is a very low fee to pay for someone like Kvaratskhelia, who, at the age of just 21, has the potential to become a superstar.
For those of you who don’t know much about the Georgian forward, Gazzetta dello Sport liken him to Italy international Lorenzo Insigne, which is high praise indeed.

The Napoli icon has scored 177 goals throughout his career, so if Kvaratskhelia can become even half as good, he’ll also have an impressive career.
Keep an eye on this saga – for just £12m, we’d be very surprised if Leeds or Spurs didn’t submit a bid.
